What are credits?
Credits are what you use to book Group, Semi-Private and Private classes at Mindful Pilates. Depending on your membership plan, you get a certain number of credits each month and you can choose how you use them.
If you are running low on credits, you can always add more by purchasing the Pay-as-you-go “Credit pack” – learn how here.
Students can apply for membership extensions where a $150 fee will apply for each one week extension. Learn more about our roll over policy here.
How are the credits allocated?
The credit allocation of each class is written in Studio classes and online classes page. The information is also shown on our Book My Class page when you check our class schedule.
Do my credits roll over?
We understand routines change from time to time. Therefore, we give you the flexibility to roll over any unused credits as long as you remain an active Mindful Pilates customer on a Monthly Pass plan. Each month, you are able to roll over up to the total number of credits in your upcoming plan.
For example, if you’re on the 32 credits per month package, you can roll over up to 32 unused credits into your next cycle. However, if you switch to a 16 credit plan in the following month, up to 16 unused credits will roll over.
Please note: rollover credits can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account after renewal.
Will my membership or subscription plan be automatically renewed?
No, if you have purchased the Pay-as-you-go “Credit Pack”.
Yes, if you have purchased the “Monthly Credit Pass” e.g. “MP 20 Credits Monthly”. All Monthly Credit Passes are on 12 months subscription commitment. A valid credit card is needed for setting up auto-pay, and the monthly billing cycle is on the same day each month determined by your purchase date.
At the online store checkout, you can choose when to start your first class and your 12 months membership will begin on your first visit.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription plan?
All our monthly subscription plans are on a fixed 12-month auto-pay contract and will automatically renew after the 12-month term is over.
If you wish to cancel your membership or switch to a different pass after 12 months, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum of 14 days prior the start of the next billing cycle.
Once confirmed, any membership change you have requested will be applied to your upcoming billing cycle.
Note that once a contract is terminated, all associated unused credits will expire accordingly.
If you’re on our 12-month “Monthly Credit Pass”, no cancellations can be made during the commitment period but you may transfer the remainder of the package to a family member or a friend. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact us here.
What is your refund policy?
All purchased products, class packages or contracts are non-refundable.
To transfer a valid package or contract to a family or friend, please contact our team at email@example.com, or send us a message at 6620 7050.
For product exchange, all items must be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Is there a class cancellation policy or penalty charge?
Students are responsible to book and manage their group class bookings online, while all private appointments shall be directly arranged with our reception.
All appointments, reservations or bookings can be cancelled or reschedule up to 24 hours before the class starts time.
Any cancellation made with less than 24-hour notice is treated as late cancellation.
In the case of no show or late cancellation, the credits used on such appointments, reservations or bookings are deemed used.
